NORMAN ADAMS (partner)
After leaving school, Norman worked for many years in an administrative capacity as a civil servant. Feeling unfulfilled, he moved into telemarketing and training where he discovered hidden talents. His first success involved fund raising for a local charity, where he organised a sales team from concept to reality, generated a weekly income and within a year, the customer base had exceeded seven thousand. This opportunity nurtured Norman’s training, coaching and selling skills.
Latterly Norman worked for a B2B marketing company where he met his current business partner Kenneth Elliot. Sharing passion and commitment, the pair decided to merge their own individual talents and set up their own B2B telemarketing company. As testament to their abilities, several previous clients are now utilising their services.
KENNETH ELLIOT (partner)
After leaving college in 1994, Kenneth kick-started his career in the media sector, holding positions from local newspapers to business magazines. Initially promoting advertising space, his skills developed to include many other product sectors. This groundwork helped him to build a solid sales foundation which was used to oversee many promotions throughout his sales career in various positions ranging from team leader, trainer, and QC coach to account manager.
Over the past two decades, he’s played vital roles in numerous large and small companies – most often in a sales setting – often resulting in business success by turning struggling campaigns around into successful ones. When fate handed Norman and Kenneth their redundancy, they decided to put their collective heads together to launch this bespoke sales lead generation firm and have many happy and contented customers who use their services on a regular basis.
